Orders, Shipping and Returns

1. ORDERS & DELIVERY

 

All orders placed through the website www.firefuryfitness.com.au are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Fire & Fury Fitness. We pride ourselves on getting items to you quickly and efficiently so we will generally pack and send items out within a 24-48 hour turn around (Excluding weekends).

To provide an extra security measure, after you have processed an order we may confirm your order by either email, phone or both (depending on the value of the goods) This is to confirm your details are correct and the card details match the card authoriser. So please make sure your details are correct at the time of ordering. 

If we fail to receive a confirmation response within 24 hours from your order; we will unfortunately cancel the order and refund the funds back to the payment method. This is an added security measure to stop fraudsters and us becoming victim to fraudlent credit card information and to protect customers personal information as if they were our own! 

 

We want to get your awesome new gear to you as soon as possible, so it’s extremely important to make sure your details on checkout are correct.

 

All Fire & Fury Fitness purchases will be sent by Australia Post until further notice. The delivery times provided by Fire & Fury Fitness are estimates only. Tracking will be provided on all parcels for the ease to track your items(s) from us via the Australia post website.

 

Fire & Fury Fitness will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. As we don’t control the postal service, we will endeavor to inform you if there will be an issue with your delivery.

 

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you acknowledge all information set forth under our shipping information provided.

 

All your newly purchased gear will be posted to the address specified on checkout.  As you can appreciate, Fire & Fury Fitness cannot be held responsible if your address is not completed in full, nor if an address does not exist. If an item is returned to Fire & Fury Fitness showing an address stated on checkout cannot be delivered to; we will endeavor to contact you with the email information specified in the checkout process. If email contact cannot be made in 3 attempts within a 21 day period by the Fire & Fury Fitness team; and no response from purchaser; the stock will go back into the system and order will be made as incomplete. Order will be refunded less postage costs and 40% handling fee. This is basically saying please ladies and gents, make sure your information is correct. Saves so much hassle for both us and yourselves.

 

Customers paying with PayPal or credit card will have shipping costs, if any, displayed at the Review & Buy screen before completing their order. 

 

Fire & Fury Fitness may vary prices in the event of price changes by suppliers. This will be updated on the website.

 

Fire & Fury Fitness may refuse an order for any product at its sole discretion if it believes that the order could be purchased using a fraudulent credit card. This is because as most of us all shop online at some point these days, it’s imperative not to be too cautious when orders are processed. If we see an order we feel maybe out of the ordinary, we may contact you to confirm the details and order is correct. We feel this is just another way we can help both customers and ourselves from being scammed in any way.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We know shopping online can be tricky, especially trying to find that perfect fitness clothing outfit you want to show off; AND… making sure it fits you!.... We have you covered!

Not only do we stand behind our awesome new Fire & Fury fitness gear; but we will back this up with our customer satisfaction refund policy – An ‘Easy 21 Day Return Policy’ from purchase date!

Email us at info@firefuryfitness.com.au with any questions or queries relating to your new gear, and we will endeavor to respond as soon as possible to help resolve the issue and come up with a positive solution for both yourselves, and us!

 

Please note: Only items bought on www.firefuryfitness.com.au with a valid order number can be retuned back to us. Any items sold on Ebay or any other website must comply with their own refunds and returns policies on those websites. No valid order number from www.firefuryfitness.com.au – No Refund or Exchange. (This should be common sense but we will put it in here; just so we are all on the same page)

 

If you are returning any item, please contact us by email info@firefuryfitness.com.au  for a RN (Return Number) and then send back with the item(s) you are returning to:

Another note: A Valid RN must be obtained prior to sending any items back to us. This will make sure your return is processed swiftly. If  the RN is not provided, a delay in refund or exchange could occur – and we really don’t want this to happen for both us and yourselves!

 

We know the postal service can’t guarantee all deliveries, so may we suggest you use a tracking service to return the items to us. Please keep all your tracking information if there is an unlikely issue with the return back to us.

 

All items wanting to be returned MUST be in the original condition with swing tags attached and original packaging. If we receive returns that have clearly been worn, or tags have been removed – We unfortunately cannot refund or exchange the goods due to hygiene issues. Upon checkout, you will accept that you understand the terms and conditions of these Refund and Exchange conditions.

(This should be a captain obvious statement, but feel we should put this in here to make sure there is no grey area)

 

Return cost for Change of Mind:

 

We are unfortunately not able to cover the cost of your return to us if you simply change your mind. You can return to us within 21 days of purchase for full refund or exchange, however at your own cost.

 

Return cost for Exchange:

 

We are unfortunately not able to cover the cost of your return to us; if you are after an Exchange. However, if you are after an exchange, we will post your exchanged size/colour back to you for FREE!

The Exchange can only be for an item(s) of the same value of the item being returned.

 

Return cost for Faulty item(s):

 

We understand that on rare occasions, an item could be faulty. If this is the case, please contact us at info@firefuryfitness.com.au and email us your order number and photo evidence of fault and at our discretion ask you to return to us; or simply send you out a new one for free! If we ask you to return to us, we will refund you the shipping cost.

Items must be received by Fire & Fury Fitness within 21 days of purchase to receive a refund/exchange.

 

Please note it could take up to 7 days to process a return and refund to be processed. Some financial institutions could take longer to process. A Refund will be issued when item(s) are returned and inspected by the Fire & Fury Fitness team.

 

Any refunds that are required will be processed only to the same method used to make the order. This includes to the same credit card information if the payment was by credit card. In the event that the card is lost, stolen or cancelled, Fire & Fury Fitness may require confirmation from the card provider or issuing bank for any change. PayPal payments will be refunded back to the original PayPal account the transaction was made from.

 

3.  REFUNDS / EXCHANGES ON FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items purchased on Final Sales are just that… – Final!

No refunds or exchanges will be given to any items sold on sale.

The exception to this would be if the sale item was faulty, please notify Fire & Fury Fitness by email info@firefuryfitness.com.au within 7 days to discuss a refund or exchange. Any notification received after the 7 day period will not be reviewed to be refunded/exchanged.
